Refund policy

This policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and does not limit your rights under the law.

1. No Change of Mind Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.

2. Consumer Guarantees

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

Is faulty, defective, or unsafe.

Does not match the description or sample provided.

Fails to perform as expected within a reasonable timeframe.

3. Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including:

Personal care items, cosmetics, and underwear.

Perishable goods and food items.

Gift cards and digital products.

4. Process for Returns

In-store purchases: Visit any of our locations with the item and proof of purchase.

Online purchases: Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us, and we will arrange the exchange. Customers will be responsible for any postage costs associated with returning the item and receiving the replacement.

6. Refund Method

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
